 Outreach Ministries is still looking for your donations of gently used clothing, shoes and small household items. Please place your donated items in the Education wing rooms that are marked for collection. The Because We Care We Share event is Saturday February 11^th from 8am to 2pm.

There will be a Christian Education Workshop and Luncheon held on Sunday, February 12^th with the Rev. Kenneth Nelson, Conference Congregational Specialist, as the speaker. All Sunday School Teacher’s who are interested in working with Toddlers through Senior Adults are advised to attend this meeting. The Trustees are asking that no meetings or events be held on Saturday’s from 12-2:00 pm in order for the church to be cleaned. They are asking for volunteers to assist in the weekly cleanings until a new custodian is hired.

There will be a major cleaning done on Saturday, March 31^st. If you have items in the church you wish to keep, please remove them before the 31^st or it will be discarded.

The yearly contribution statements are ready and can be picked up from the tray in the Fellowship Mall.

In the Community

The Taylors Free Medical Clinic is asking that our church be in prayer for their Annual Spring Gala entitled “Health Healing Hope”. This is a Fund Raiser being held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the TD Center (formerly Caroling First Center) in Greenville. Olympic Gold Medal-Winning Ice Skater; Cancer Survivor Scott Hamilton will be the guest speaker. Save the date.
