Frequently asked questions

1. How do I register?

Click on the link on the main page that says REGISTER NEW USER. Please enter as much information as you'd like to share (name and address are required). Please be sure to set the levels that you'd like your information to be viewed, (administrators, members, guests).

2. I don't have an email address, how do I get one?

You can obtain a free email address at www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com

3. I forgot my password, what do I do?

Please click on the link on the main page that says FORGOT PASSWORD and it will be emailed to you. Please do not call the church office as the office administrator cannot assist you with this.

4. I forgot my Username, what do I do?

Please contact an Administrator Kelly Garrison or Gena Bunch and they will retrieve it for you. Again, please do not call the church office as the office administrator cannot assist you with this.

5. How do I add a picture to my profile?

Only members of St. Mark United Methodist Church can add pictures. You must first wait until your status has been set as a member by an Administrator (24-48 hours after you register). Then you can log in to the link that says UPDATE MY PROFILE and you will be prompted to add a picture at the last page.

6. I don't have a picture on my computer, can I still have one on my profile?

Yes, please give your picture to Gena Bunch/web designer and she will scan and add it for you.

7. How do I submit information to be on the website?

You may submit calendar information to Karen Culbertson.

8. I'm still confused. Can someone please help me?

You may email your specific questions to Gena Bunch. Please leave a valid email address and a phone contact number. Your question will be answered with 24 -48 hours.
